How to Sign Up for Classes Online (and other fun stuff)
September 30th, 2014

Back in May of 2013, we switched membership software to MindBody, an online software. That has made it possible for you to go online and do anything from changing your billing information, email address or phone number, to reviewing your membership information (how many punches do you have left or what’s your membership end date). You can also sign up for classes and pay for them right on line (if you need to pay for the class).  Here’s how you do it.

  1. Click on the link for Online Class Schedule and Signup.
  2. If you’ve previously signed in, log in.
  3. If you are new to the site, enter your first name and last name and hit enter “Next”.
  4. The system will try to locate you. If you recognize your name, click on “This is me!”
  5. You will have to verify your account by answering ONE of the questions that then appear (choose a question that you think we know the answer to). Click on “Next”.
  6. Enter your email address and a password. Click on “Submit”.
  7. At this point, we need to verify your information. Either check back later, or give us a quick call to let us know you’re waiting. This takes us just a minute to do, so we can do it quickly while you wait.
  8. Once your account has been verified by us, go back to the sign in page and sign in.
  9. Now that you’re logged in, you can view classes (up-to-the-minute including cancellations and instructor changes), sign up or cancel out of classes. You can sign up for events (like P!nk for Pink) and you can look at what you’ve already signed up for. You can view your visit history and your purchase history and a whole lot more!

If you are interested in doing this, and are having any difficulty, don’t hesitate to see us at the front desk. We can walk you through it. There is also an app for your phone called MindBody Connect that you can use to sign up for classes  as well. It’s really easy to use.

Sign up for classes online!
May 30th, 2013

Shelburne Health & Fitness is pleased to offer online class sign-ups! Click here to view and sign up for classes.  The first time you visit, you’ll be asked to set up a username and password.  Once you get set up, we will need to verify your online access, so either give us a call at 985-4410 to let us know that your security needs to be verified (we’re serious about keeping your membership information secure) or give us 12-24 hours to verify your security.  Once that’s been done, you can click on “My Schedule” to see what you’ve already signed up for or to cancel out of a class that you are already registered for. Click on “Group Classes” to see the schedule and get signed up for any classes you’d like to attend.

You should know that you will either need to have a valid membership or punch card, OR you will have the opportunity to pay for the class online.  Let us know if you have any difficulty with your online experience.
