Welcome to Pilates at Shelburne Health & Fitness! We’re so excited about our studio and the incredible instructors we have here. Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits including increased lung capacity, strength and flexibility of the entire body, and coordination both muscular and mental. Posture, balance and core strength are all heartily increased. Bone density and joint health improve and many experience positive body awareness for the first time. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body and that capacity spills over into other areas of one’s life.
If you are brand new to Pilates, you will begin with 3 introductory private lessons before moving on to any group classes. These introductory privates are offered at a reduced rate to get you started. Then choose whether you would like to take group classes, semi-privates with a friend, or private lessons. You’ll receive lots of individualized attention in all of these offers as our group classes are limited to only six students. Sign up at the front desk or online!
